In England and Wales, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) is due and in Scotland it is Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT).

LBTT is a self-assessed tax and therefore Capital 8 Finance does not accept liability for the use by taxpayers or agents of this calculator.
