When looking at buying a property or taking out an increased mortgage it is always good to know how much it will cost. This can be difficult though as things like working out how much your monthly mortgage repayment will be or how much the Stamp Duty will cost can be difficult to calculate (Stamp Duty is a tax paid by the purchaser of a property so it is good to know how much it will be in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises later on).
